Accelerated Processing
Multifamily
Accelerated Processing (MAP) was designed by the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to establish national
standards for approved Lenders to prepare, process, and submit
loan applications for Federal Housing Administration (FHA)
multifamily mortgage insurance. For detailed information regarding the MAP process, please
visit HUD’s Multifamily Accelerated Processing home page at http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/mfh/map/maphome.cfm.
As
part of the MAP process, Beacon Hill Mortgage Corp. coordinates

requirements, etc. (4) identify use of grant/loan funds, if
applicable (5) insure upon completion or Insurance of Advances (6)
