Established in 1989,
Beacon Hill Mortgage Corp. became a HUD approved mortgagee in
1990. In 2000, we were among the first group of mortgagees
to receive MAP approval. Later that year we became a GNMA
Issuer as well.
As part of our
complete due diligence process, we conduct a comprehensive review
of all critical third party documents. Our suite of services
incorporates underwriting, asset management, loan analysis, and
construction planning. From concept to completion we are
with you every step of the way.
Beacon Hill has
successfully closed loans throughout the United States that
include the construction and/or substantial rehabilitation of tens
of thousands of units with total mortgage proceeds in the hundreds
of millions of dollars.
