Marc Koblentz, President, has been in the mortgage business for more than 30 years.  Over the past  twenty years he has specialized in the financing of Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Housing for the Elderly.  By utilizing his broad knowledge base and capitalizing on existing relationships, Marc is able to structure and secure even the most complex loans.
